Day Care

Many families today have both parents working, which can make it challenging to look after children after school hours. This is especially common among parents working in the IT and corporate sectors. SaiBalaji Public School is conveniently located near major IT hubs like Hinjewadi IT Park, making it an ideal and convenient option for working parents.

At SaiBalaji Public School, our Day Care facility provides children with a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment where they feel at home. The centre follows a well-planned routine that includes creative activities, storytelling, supervised play, reading time, and relaxation periods to keep children active and happy throughout the day.

Our caring and experienced staff ensure that every child receives personal attention in a secure and friendly environment. With a strong focus on safety, care, and overall development, the Day Care facility supports working parents by giving them peace of mind while their children continue to learn, interact, and grow in a positive atmosphere.

Pre- School

The preschool years are one of the most important stages in a child’s learning journey. At SaiBalaji Public School, the Preschool Section provides a joyful, safe, and nurturing environment where young learners can explore, discover, and grow with confidence.

The school believes that early childhood education should encourage curiosity, creativity, and overall development. Through playful activities, storytelling, music, art, and interactive learning methods, children develop important skills such as communication, social interaction, problem-solving, and independence.

To make learning more enjoyable, many fun activities are organized throughout the year. Events such as Colours Day, Fun Day, Sports Day, and Annual Day are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Festivals are also celebrated where children dress in traditional attire and learn about different cultures. Various fancy dress activities based on different themes help children express themselves confidently and creatively. They also participate in creative artwork and hands-on activities that enhance their imagination and learning.

Our trained and caring teachers ensure that every child feels comfortable and supported while learning in a fun and engaging way, helping them build a strong foundation for the next stages of their academic journey.

Nursery

Nursery is the beginning of a child’s learning journey. At this stage, children slowly get used to the school environment and learn to follow simple classroom routines.

Learning is made fun and easy through rhymes, storytelling, simple games, and creative activities. These activities help children develop basic language skills, motor skills, and learn to interact and share with their classmates (peers).

The aim is to provide a caring and comfortable environment where children feel safe, gain confidence, and develop an interest in learning from the very beginning.

As per the CBSE guidelines, the child should have completed 3 years of age for admission in Nursery at SBPS.

Lower Kindergarden (LKG)

Lower Kindergarten (LKG) builds on the early learning that children experience in Nursery and introduces them to slightly more structured activities. At this stage, children start learning basic literacy and numeracy skills in a simple and enjoyable way.

Activities such as phonics, number recognition, art, music, and group participation help children improve their communication skills, creativity, and confidence. The focus continues to be on learning through play while gradually preparing children for the next level of learning.

The admission criteria for LKG include a minimum age of 4 years.

Upper Kindergarden (UKG)

Upper Kindergarten (UKG) is the next stage in early childhood education where children begin to strengthen the skills they have learned in Nursery and LKG. At this level, learning becomes slightly more structured while still keeping activities fun and engaging.

Children focus more on developing reading, writing, and basic mathematics skills. Through phonics, number activities, storytelling, drawing, and group participation, they improve their language abilities, thinking skills, and confidence.

The UKG program prepares children for primary school by building a strong academic foundation while maintaining a joyful and supportive learning environment.

The admission criteria for UKG include a minimum age of 5 years.

Grade I to VII

Grades 1 to 7 form an important stage in a child’s academic development, where students gradually move from basic learning to a deeper understanding of different subjects. At SaiBalaji Public School, the focus is on building strong fundamentals in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies while encouraging curiosity and independent thinking.

Teaching methods include classroom learning, practical activities, projects, and group discussions that help students understand concepts in an interesting and engaging way. Along with academics, equal importance is given to co-curricular activities, sports, and value-based learning to support the overall development of every student.

The aim is to help students gain knowledge, develop confidence, and build essential skills that prepare them for higher classes and future learning.

For admission to Grades 1 to 7, submission of the child’s performance records along with the school-leaving certificate is required.
